Michael Dulski has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career in 1999 as a Developmental Electrical Engineer and later took on various roles within the United States Air Force, including Chief Engineer and Branch Chief. Their expertise includes cyber resiliency, C2ISR capabilities integration, and program management. Dulski also served as a Flight Commander and Space Information Security Engineer during their time in the Air Force. In 2013, they joined the Defense Intelligence Agency as Deputy Division Chief. Michael is currently employed at Whitney, Bradley & Brown as an Electronic Warfare Engineer. Additionally, they pursued higher education at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, where they obtained a graduate degree.
Michael Dulski obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University, attending from 1994 to 1998. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, graduating between 2001 and 2003. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Michael attended the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, where they earned another Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, Michael obtained certifications, including "Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards" and "Learning Jira Software" from LinkedIn in March 2020.
