Rachel Condy has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rachel started their career as an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives in 2006. In 2007, they worked as an Office Manager at Strategic Asset Management. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Program Assistant/Management Analyst at Cooper Thomas. Since 2014, Rachel has been associated with Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB), where they held multiple roles. Their current position is Senior Healthcare Program Analyst, specializing in healthcare information technology. Prior to this, they also worked as a Healthcare Information Technology Analyst at WBB, specifically supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) Product Effectiveness program office. Their responsibilities included analyzing healthcare IT products, assessing user acceptance, impact on clinical staff workflow, identifying project successes and pitfalls, and developing lessons learned for future healthcare IT projects. Rachel's focus has always been on improving the delivery of healthcare services, with a strong emphasis on quality improvement.

Rachel Condy completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science with a focus on American Government and Politics (United States) at Boston University from 2003 to 2007. During the same period, they also obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Boston University. Later, in 2013 to 2014, Rachel pursued Graduate Coursework in American Government and Public Policy at The George Washington University.
