Joeanne Hardy

Since joining the team in 1996, JoeAnne has had the privilege to work in, and be part of, building a very special organization….WBM.

JoeAnne describes her inspiration best by saying: “Growing up on an acreage near Maple Creek – watching my parents, my siblings and friends and neighbors – taught me so many lessons about the importance of commitment, passion and doing what you love, with people you love. It’s these lessons that still inspire me in the work I do every single day.”

As you can imagine from someone who grew up on a ranch in South West Saskatchewan, JoeAnne is a serious morning person, a “pretty good” horseback rider, and an avid runner.

JoeAnne’s career at WBM has spanned over two decades and she has literally worked in every aspect of the WBM operation during those years. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist in every aspect of the organization. Her unique ability to communicate and build alignment, or “wins”, for stakeholders in all situations is a rare gift that propels her as a leader.
