Xavier Rathlev

Xavier Rathlev is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in various sectors, including real estate, law enforcement, and international development. Currently, Xavier holds the position of Project Manager at WC Smith since October 2018, following a role as Assistant Project Manager. Prior to this, Xavier served as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia from June 2014 to October 2018, and as Program Support Manager at Save the Children International in 2013, focusing on grant writing and emergency response. Xavier also contributed to youth development as a Youth Development Specialist with the Peace Corps from September 2010 to December 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
