Thomas Hoy

Thomas Hoy serves as the Administrative Director of Neuroscience and Rehabilitation at UPMC Susquehanna since March 2013, overseeing six physician practices, neurodiagnostics, a comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation unit, acute care therapy services across six hospitals, and fifteen outpatient therapy clinics. Additionally, Thomas held the position of Interim Vice President of Operations, providing executive oversight for surgical services, laboratory, imaging, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy within the UPMC network in Northcentral Pennsylvania. Prior experience includes roles at Geisinger Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, where Thomas was Chief Clinical Officer/Director of Therapy Operations and Director of Quality Improvement/Risk Management, along with serving as an acute care and inpatient rehabilitation physical therapist. Academically, Thomas holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University.
