Heather Tinebra

Heather Tinebra is an experienced professional in the field of underwriting and clinical research operations. Currently serving as an IRB Operations Specialist 2 at WCG since February 2023, Heather is responsible for processing changes in research documentation and reviewing documents for completeness. Previously, Heather held the position of Underwriter III at both Guild Mortgage and Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, where similar skills as a Senior Underwriter at HomeStreet Bank were utilized. Additionally, Heather worked as an Underwriter II at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on analytic models and group credibility evaluations. With a foundational role as a Senior Underwriter and Senior Loan Processor at HomeStreet Bank, Heather has a strong background in assessing loan eligibility and managing complex underwriting processes. Heather earned an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii - KCC.
