Tricia Helfrich is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic human capital management and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Capital Management at WCG, Tricia is responsible for aligning HR activities with business objectives and providing strategic direction to internal client groups. Tricia has previously held significant roles such as Human Resources Director at Quanta Technology, LLC, where effective talent acquisition strategies were implemented, and as Vice President of Talent and Vice President of Human Resources for Cornerstone Building Brands, where comprehensive programs for engagement, performance management, and operational efficiency were developed.
