William Friedrich

William Friedrich has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an ITS - Service Desk Analyst at WIRB-Copernicus Group since August 2016. Prior roles include Desktop Support Analyst and Technical Support Engineer at Amgen, where valuable expertise was developed from 2012 to 2016 in various capacities, including as Asset Coordinator and Site Lead for Unisys. William also held the position of IT Manager at Clay Lacy Aviation and began their career as a Computer Programmer at Pleasant Holidays.
