Phil Stanhope

Phil Stanhope began their work experience in 2010 as the Director of Human Resources at Lincoln Families, where they worked until 2013. phil then joined TM Consulting Services, LLC as the Director of Human Resources Management from 2013 to 2020. In 2020, they joined the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB), first serving as the Human Resources Manager until 2021, and then transitioning into the role of Director of Human Resources Operations.

Phil Stanhope attended St. Francis Xavier University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology.
