Hilary Maiden

Hilary Maiden has a diverse range of work experience in finance and investment. Hilary is currently the Co-Founder and CFO of WCKD RZR, a position they have held since 2019. Before that, from 2017 to 2019, they were a Partner at Jinan Overseas, where they managed the European operations of an international education consultancy firm and led successful rebranding and transformation efforts.

In 2017, Hilary also founded the Liu-Lau Family Office, where they served as the Founder and CEO. In this role, they managed the wealth and global activities of two families and was responsible for both investment and administration activities.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Hilary worked at UBS from 2008 to 2017. Hilary held various roles within the UBS Investment Banking Division, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other capital raisings. Hilary worked on over 20 executions for strategic and private equity clients.

Hilary began their career as a Summer Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at UBS in 2008.

Hilary Maiden's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Plymouth College Independent School, where they pursued A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Chinese, Economics, and Business Studies until 2005. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Oxford from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (MMATH). In 2006, they briefly attended Harvard University with a focus on Economics. Later, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued an Undergraduate Certificate at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Coaching with a particular interest in Executive Coaching.
