Mia Atkins

Mia Atkins is an experienced television host and producer, currently serving as the host of the Charlotte Today Show at WCNC-TV since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mia was a television host for FOX21 News, where the focus was on the morning lifestyle show 'Living Local' from January 2018 to April 2021. Additional experience includes working as a reporter for Cronkite NewsWatch and as a broadcast intern at KPHO - A Meredith Corporation. Mia also held the position of Director of Finance for Alpha Phi International Fraternity, overseeing the sorority's budget from October 2014 to October 2015. Mia obtained a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, graduating in 2017.
