Liz Edginton has been working in various roles and companies throughout their career. Liz began their career as an Internal Sales Executive at HomeServe in 2008. Liz then moved on to become a Customer Relations Executive and later a Charter Delivery Manager. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Root Cause Analyst and a Customer/Marketing Project Manager at HomeServe. In 2014, they became the PMO Lead and Project Manager for Digital Transformation at HomeServe, where they were responsible for managing office refurbishment projects, organizing employee engagement activities, and tracking project portfolio performance. Liz then worked as a Global Digital Project Manager and Transformation Business Partner at HomeServe. In 2018, they joined Midland Heart and Autonet Insurance as a Project Manager. In 2019, they became an IT Lead Project Manager at WCS Group, and in 2020, they were promoted to the role of Head of IT at the same company.
Liz Edginton obtained an LLB degree in Law from the University of Wolverhampton between 2008 and 2014. In 2015, they earned a Prince2 in Project Management from QA and completed a Certificate of Regulated General Insurance (CeRGI) program at the Institute of financial services. In 2004 to 2006, they studied Psychology, Sociology, and IT during their A-Levels at Walsall College. Additionally, Liz has a certification in Agile Project Management from APMG in 2015. Liz is also expected to obtain a Directors Development Programme Accelerator certification from In Professional Development (InPD) in 2023.
