Fernando Castro Pech started their work experience in 2011 as a Project Engineer at PROALMEX, a food and beverage company. Fernando focused on research and development, particularly in flavor syrups and oat foods. Fernando then joined Festo in 2014 as a Mechanical Design Engineer. In this role, they successfully reduced design time and increased profit margin for projects, implemented process improvements for project management, and provided training to the engineering team. Later, they became a Project Engineer at Festo, where they were responsible for engineering and technical activities, including the design of a custom machinery and the development of a control system. In 2020, they joined WD Lab Grown Diamonds as a Sr. Controls Engineer.
Fernando Castro Pech pursued their education from 2006 to 2011 at the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. During this period, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics engineering. Additionally, in May 2018, they obtained a certification in CSWP from Dassault Systèmes.
