Amanda Valdin

Amanda Valdin has extensive experience in the field of journalism and media production. Currently serving as a News Producer at WDSU TV since October 2015, Amanda previously held the role of Associate Producer at WDSU from June 2014 to October 2015. Early career roles include Videographer for riverparishfootball.com and an internship with the New Orleans Voodoo Arena Football team. Amanda started in the industry with an internship and stringer position at WGNO Friday Night Football and gained entry-level experience as a hostess at Copelands Kenner. Amanda holds a degree in Mass Communications from Southeastern Louisiana University, having studied from 2009 to 2013, and is a graduate of Hahnville High School.
