Paul Visser

Paul Visser has a diverse work experience. Paul started their career in 2009 as a freelance web and app developer, working with clients ranging from small local businesses to multinational companies like Heineken and Roche. In 2013, they became the CTO of Peak Projects, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 onwards, Paul expanded their skill set and worked as a speaker, personal trainer, and nutritionist. In 2019, they joined Digitpaint as a senior frontend developer and scrum-master. Currently, they are working at BLOX as a lead front-end developer.

Paul Visser has a diverse education history. Paul attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration. In 2018, Paul attended Wageningen University & Research for a brief period to study Nutrition, Heart Disease, and Diabetes, although they did not complete a degree at that time.

Additionally, Paul pursued various fitness-related certifications. From 2016 to 2017, they completed the Fitness Master and Personal Trainer programs at AALO, which focused on sport and fitness education. In 2015, they earned a Gewichtsconsulent certification from Laudius College in the field of Voeding en dietetiek (Nutrition and dietetics). Before that, in 2014, they obtained Fitness Trainer Level 2 and Fitness Trainer Level 1 certifications from AALO fitness academy.

Prior to their university education, Paul attended CAI Opleidingen in 2008 and 2009, where they obtained an I-tracks foundation certification in ICT and Telecommunication. Their earlier education includes completing HAVO (Middelbaar onderwijs) at Erfgooiers College from 2000 to 2005.

Paul has also acquired additional certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance® in 2019, Bedrijfshulpverlener, Brandbestrijding en Ontruiming from Quinton Brandveiligheid bv in 2015. Paul also holds an EHBO certification from Het Oranje Kruis in 2014. Furthermore, Paul has obtained Deploying and Managing Business Process and Integration Solutions certification from Capgemini in 2009 and an I-tracks Academy foundation certification from EXIN in the same year.
