Catherine McLoughlin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Catherine started their career as a Production Coordinator at Calling the Shots Films Limited in 2010 and worked in that role until 2012. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Specialist Painter at Science Ltd. From 2013 to 2014, Catherine worked as a Photographer and Administrator at Leamington Spa Art Gallery & Museum. Catherine then joined Alliance Medical Ltd in 2014 as a Patient Administrator, a position they held until 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Financial Services Contractor at a Big 4 Firm. In 2016, Catherine joined We Are Digital Training Ltd as a Senior Group Bookings Coordinator and held that role until 2018. Catherine then became the Innovation Lead at the same company from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Service Design Manager at We Are Digital Training Ltd. Additionally, in 2019, they also took on the position of Digital Marketing Project Manager at the company until 2020.
