Seema Rathod

Seema Rathod currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications at We Are Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Seema worked at Ingeus as a Marketing Communications Manager from April 2020 to March 2021 and held the position of Senior Marketing Executive at Shakespeare Martineau between February 2019 and April 2020. Seema's earlier experience includes roles as a Campaign Specialist at National Grid for a brief period in January 2019, a Marketing Executive and Digital Marketing Executive at extraenergy from January 2014 to December 2018, and a Project Administrator at Xoserve from April 2013 to October 2013. Additionally, Seema worked at RWE npower as a Market Research and Brand Executive and Operations Analyst from December 2004 to October 2012 and began a career at RBS as a Mortgage Administrator from August 2003 to November 2004.
