Emma Islay R. has a diverse and extensive background in leadership and content coordination within various organizations. Currently, Emma serves as a Content Coordinator at We Are Hydrogen and holds the position of Director for CERT Glasgow at CERT Scotland, while also contributing as a Committee Member for Training and Workshops at Not On My Campus UK. Previous roles include Content Marketing Executive, and Content Marketing Assistant at MLT Digital. Emma has demonstrated leadership capabilities as President of the Strathclyde Women+ in Leadership Network and the University of Strathclyde Podcast Society. In addition to involvement in UN CSW67 as a delegate, Emma has experience in financial roles as Treasurer for both the Strathclyde Criminal Justice and Penal Change Society and Strath Cinema. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws - LLM and an LLB Dual Qualifying Scots and English Law from the University of Strathclyde, along with a foundational education at Rosshall Academy.
