Jess Martin

Jess Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a PA to the Regional Director at A4e in 2010 and then worked as a Regional Coordinator at PeoplePlus UK from 2013 to 2015. Following this, Jess worked as an Office Manager at Webcredible from 2015 to 2017, and simultaneously took on the role of Freelance PA at My Special PA from 2014 to 2017. They then transitioned into the role of Operations Manager/EA at VaynerMedia from 2017 to 2019, where they supported the MD and CEO. Jess then joined 11:FS as a CCO Business Manager/EA from 2019 to 2021, where they played a key role in managing a 100-person team. Most recently, starting in 2021, Jess worked as an Executive Assistant to Co-Founders at Permutive, a remote-first B2B SaaS company focused on targeted advertising. Their current role is as an Operations Director at We Are Rival, beginning in 2022.

Jess Martin received a BA Hons degree in Graphic Design from London Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Jess took a spring short course in Set Design in TV & Film at Central St Martin's University. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, Jess completed Foundation Studies in Art & Design, majoring in Graphic Design at the University for the Creative Arts.
