Charlotte Cole

Charlotte Cole is an experienced quality management professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Quality Manager and Regional Quality Nurse at We Care Group since July 2021. Previously, Charlotte worked as a Care Quality Nurse at Flightcare Ltd from October 2013 until its acquisition by We Care Group, overseeing care quality for a group of seven nursing and residential homes across the North West. Charlotte's work has consistently focused on improving care quality, training and development, and enhancing resident experiences. Prior to this, significant roles included Registered Nurse, Deputy Manager, and Care Plan Support Nurse at Bupa from March 2011 to October 2013. Charlotte holds a degree from the University of Central Lancashire and completed a training course at CBA Training in October 2020.
