Holly Daniel McIpd

Holly Daniel MCIPD is an accomplished People Director currently with We Care Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Holly served as Head of HR at The Belfield Group from May 2017 to April 2023 and worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Jaguar Land Rover from May 2014 to May 2017. Holly's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Eclipse Executive Ltd from January 2008 to June 2014 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Scantec Personnel between May 2005 and January 2008. Holly holds a Level 7 Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
