Raschanda Hall currently serves as the Vice President of Digital and Media Strategy at We Shift Culture, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategic social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. Hall is also the President and Founder of Social Pearls, LLC, providing digital marketing strategies and content development. With extensive experience as a Sr. Digital Consultant at various organizations, Hall has contributed to enhancing digital presence and strategies for multiple clients. Previously, Hall held the position of Director of Global Media Relations at Business Wire, focusing on expanding media reach through innovative communication strategies. Hall's leadership extends to serving as President of the Chicago Chapter of the National Black Public Relations Society, advocating for African Americans in PR and digital communications. An alumnus of Dillard University, Hall earned a B.A. in Mass Communications.
