Lori Ann Shultz is the President and Owner of We Staff Better LLC, a grassroots staffing agency established in January 2018, that focuses on community-based staffing solutions. Shultz served in the United States Air Force from September 1994 to September 2020 as a Staff Sergeant, where responsibilities included customer services for traveling military members and managing cargo operations. Prior to this, Shultz held positions as District Manager and Branch Manager for Surge/Manpower Staffing between August 2016 and October 2017, and as Owner and Marketing Director of LWD Marketing from January 2003 to August 2016, specializing in federal non-profit status assistance and marketing strategies. Additionally, experience includes serving as Secretary to the Director of the Statewide AIDS Program in West Virginia from January 1997 to January 2001, overseeing call center operations and managing program supplies and expenses. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia State University and a Doctor of Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health.
