Tyler Sellhorn is an accomplished founder and operations manager, currently leading Cleft and Purpose Built since July 2024. With extensive experience in operations consulting at All Plain Sail since 2021 and having served as Head of Remote at Polygon Technology from 2022 to 2023, Tyler has been instrumental in enhancing internal communication and customer data management. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success at Yac, where Tyler achieved significant user retention improvements, and Director of Customer Experience at Hubstaff, driving growth from $5 million to over $13 million ARR. Tyler's early career includes teaching positions at Fort Wayne Community Schools and Chicago Hope Academy, and Tyler holds a B.S. in Social Studies Education from Taylor University.
