John O. has extensive experience as a business owner, with a focus on financial prosperity and energy solutions. John is the current owner of Insure Your Success, where they assist business owners and individuals in achieving their financial goals. Previously, they owned NSI Investments, where they provided a range of financial products and services.

John also has experience in the energy sector. John was the owner of Sustainability Ally, a company that aimed to improve the energy, lighting, air, and water systems of organizations. Before that, they served as the Director of Sales at Willdan Energy Solutions and held various positions at Facility Solutions Group, including Division Sales Manager and Director of Special Projects.

In addition to their business ventures, John has been involved in the lighting industry. John founded and served as the President of OneSolution Light + Control, a company that specialized in unique lighting systems. John was also the President and Founder of LEDWorks, which worked with lighting manufacturers to develop LED lighting fixtures. Furthermore, they were the President and Founder of NSI Architectural Cathode, where they manufactured neon and cold cathode systems.

Most recently, John has joined Wealth United, LLC as a Regional Vice President, where they aim to provide free thinkers with different perspectives and strategies to achieve their goals.
