Braden Gommi

Braden Gommi's work experience includes positions at Wealthfront, the Society for Advanced Rocket Propulsion (SARP), and GemClub Homeowners Association.

At Wealthfront, Braden currently works as a Software Engineer, starting in August 2022.

Previous to their current role, Braden worked at SARP as an Avionics Engineer. From 2021 to 2022, they were a part of the NetComm team, responsible for network communications on rockets. From 2020 to 2021, they worked on the Avionics Flight Data team, using Raspberry Pis to gather sensor data for timing rocket thrusters and payload release.

Additionally, Braden worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Wealthfront from June 2021 to September 2021. Braden focused on improving the client experience of the banking system.

During their time at GemClub Homeowners Association, Braden held two positions. In 2020, they were a Full-Stack Developer, creating a modern website with user login and admin systems. In 2017, they worked as a seasonal Pool Monitor, ensuring pool safety and monitoring access.

Overall, Braden Gommi has experience in software engineering, avionics engineering, and website development.

Braden Gommi completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they attended Pierce College at Puyallup for a brief period in 2017, as a non-degree seeking student with a focus on Mathematics. Braden's high school education took place at Gov. John Rogers High School from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Braden has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they received a General Coding Assessment certification from CodeSignal. Prior to that, in April 2019, they obtained the Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) certification from Dassault Systèmes. In February 2019, they also earned the Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) certification, also from Dassault Systèmes.
