Diana McLachlan

Diana McLachlan is an accomplished professional in communications and people operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at Wealthsimple since April 2021, Diana has also held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs and Chief of Staff to the CMO. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at NATIONAL Public Relations and a Senior Associate at Teneo. Diana's earlier roles encompass positions at UNESCO and grants administration at the Weston Family Foundation, as well as a language and culture assistant in Spain. Diana holds a Master of Arts in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and International Development Studies from Dalhousie University, along with an exchange program in Mysore, India.
