Nouka Puriël has a diverse background in procurement and project management. Nouka is currently the Founder & CEO of WeAre 3RF, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Nouka worked as an Entrepreneur & Real Estate Investor at Falcon group starting in December 2019.

Nouka'sprevious experience includes working at Equinix from 2014 to 2019, where they held various roles such as Strategic Sourcing Program Manager, Procurement Manager & Medior Project Manager, and Procurement Officer. In these positions, Nouka managed procurement processes, collaborated with stakeholders, and oversaw regional program spend.

Before joining Equinix, they worked as a Purchasing Coordinator at Foot Locker Europe HQ from 2012 to 2014, where they co-managed the European supply chain and provided project management oversight. Prior to that, Nouka was a Procurement Associate at Japan Tobacco International Netherlands B.V. from 2011 to 2012, responsible for strategic planning and negotiating with preferred suppliers.

Nouka'searlier experiences include working as an Operational Buyer at Nestlé Benelux from 2009 to 2011, an Assistant Buyer & Jr. Supply Chain Analyst at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from 2007 to 2009, and a Facility Supervisor at Accor Plus from 2004 to 2007. In these roles, Nouka was responsible for purchasing, analyzing processes, and supervising facility management teams.

Nouka Puriël has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. In 2004 and 2005, Nouka attended Tio Business School, where they pursued intermediate vocational education in Tourism. Following that, from 2006 to 2007, Nouka continued their studies at Tio Business School, focusing on propaedeutics in International Tourism Management, with an emphasis on Commercial Tourism Management.

In 2008, Nouka enrolled at NCOI University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Parttime Business Administration. This program lasted from 2008 to 2013, equipping Nouka with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business administration.
