Ritesh Johar

Ritesh Johar is currently the EVP of engineering at Alef. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Patch.com from January 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they were the CTO and co-founder of Moonlighting from June 2015 to January 2021. Ritesh has also worked as a technical lead/manager at Capital One from September 2012 to June 2015 and as a software architect and technical lead at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from November 2008 to September 2012. Ritesh Johar has also worked as a senior consultant at Data Concepts Inc. from November 2006 to September 2012 and as a technical manager at Thomson Reuters from November 2006 to November 2008. Ritesh started their career as a programmer analyst at HTC Global Services Inc. from January 2005 to December 2006 and then worked as a Sr. System Analyst at S1 services India Pvt ltd from January 2003 to December 2005.

Their manager is Ganesh Sundaram, Founder, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Eduardo Gouvea Vieira - Head of Brazil, Steven Spencer - Co-Founder, Chief Administrative Officer, and Jeff Tennery - Chief Operating Officer.
