Jola Gantkowska is an experienced leader in operations and client service management, currently serving as the Director of AMS Global Client Service Centres and People Operations at Alexander Mann Solutions since March 2005. Jola has a strong track record in driving high employee engagement and enhancing client and candidate experiences through various leadership roles, including Global Director of GCSCs and Director of People Operations.
