Lisa Matson

Lisa Matson, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Manager of People Operations at AMS, where responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process for candidates across the Americas and ensuring compliance with all requirements. Previously, Lisa held the position of HR Manager at Blue Technologies, focusing on recruitment and employee development, after starting as a Human Resources Administrator. Lisa’s experience also includes a managerial role at Walgreens, overseeing full-cycle recruiting for 83 stores in the Cleveland area, and serving as CEO of Kool Berry. Lisa's career began in managed care, assisting with worker’s compensation claims. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Cleveland State University.
