Nick Hyner

Nick Hyner currently serves as the Head of Commercial UK and Ireland at AMS since April 2024. Previously, Nick held multiple leadership positions at State of Flux from November 2016 to April 2024, including Head of Commercial UK and Ireland and Managing Director for Europe, where responsibilities included leading global commercial and legal negotiations for clients in the supply chain and contract management sector. Prior to that, Nick worked at Dell from February 2005 to December 2016 in roles such as Director of Cloud Services for EMEA and EMEA Services Legal Counsel, focusing on sales, legal issues, and partner programs across Europe. Nick's earlier career includes advising technology firms as a Technology Corporate Finance Adviser at Cobalt Corporate Finance and working as a Corporate Lawyer at Clifford Chance, with a specialization in private equity and venture capital. Nick holds a BA in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.
