Susan Major

Susan Major has extensive experience in early careers and campus recruitment, currently serving as the Managing Director - Global Early Careers & Campus at AMS since September 2016, overseeing global early careers services for over 27,000 hires annually. Previous roles include Global Head of Early Careers & Campus, Client Director for major accounts such as GE and Celgene, and Project Manager for Vodafone Transformation. Earlier in their career, Susan was Client Director for HSBC UK Retail Bank, Head of EMEA Infrastructure Staffing for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Head of Resourcing for Santander UK. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Strategi Search & Selection and Robert Walters, where Susan established a profitable HR recruitment division. Susan holds a BA Hons in English & Geography from Keele University.
