Melanie Degnan

Melanie Degnan started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Interim Healthcare @ Duke Health Raleigh Hospital in 2003. Melanie then transitioned to an Executive Assistant role at ELS Associates in 2007 before joining BuzzBack, where they served as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant, Marketing Manager, and ultimately Director of Marketing. In 2022, they took on the role of Marketing Director, THD Division at Moore, a full-service social impact agency specializing in data-driven marketing strategies. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in marketing, content development, event planning, and administrative support.

Melanie Degnan completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Catawba College.
