Lauren Ogboru

Lauren Ogboru has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren currently serves as the Head of Engagement at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Community Engagement at the same organization from December 2019 to September 2022. Lauren also served as the Localities Team manager from July 2018 to December 2019 and as the Innovation Project Manager from January 2017 to July 2018. Before their time at NCS, Lauren worked at Explore Learning as a Regional Manager from September 2014 to February 2017, and as a Centre Director from January 2012 to September 2014. Lauren also worked at EMS - The Roadshow Experts as a Student Finance Area Manager (North East) from October 2011 to January 2012 and at Northumbria University as a STEM Project Manager - Aimhigher from September 2009 to September 2011.

Lauren Ogboru completed their education from 2009 to 2011 at Northumbria University, where they pursued a degree in Psychology with Sports Science. Lauren'sfield of study was primarily focused on Psychology during their time at the university.
