Joseph Pinzon, MBA is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Joseph is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at OverWatch Mission Critical, a veteran-owned professional services and consulting business focused on the digital infrastructure and data center industry. Joseph is responsible for helping customers unleash emerging technologies and leveraging the talent within the veteran community.
Prior to their current role, Joseph served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA). In this position, they played a key role in establishing strategic account management as a separate profession and corporate strategy for growth. SAMA is a nonprofit association that offers training, professional development, and networking opportunities for its more than 8,000 members worldwide.

Earlier in their career, Joseph worked at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Joseph served as the Regional Vice President of Global Client Sales, overseeing a $280M budget and managing a global team of sales leaders. Joseph also served as the Director of Corporate Accounts, where they directed a team of account managers and focused on driving revenue growth and expanding business with strategic accounts. Additionally, Joseph played a key role in the development and expansion of the Key Account Program, serving major clients such as PepsiCo, FedEx, and UPS.
Before embarking on their corporate career, Joseph served in the US Army as a Military Police officer from 1989 to 1997.
Throughout their career, Joseph has been recognized for their achievements, including President's Club and Diamond Circle status and being named Employee of the Year multiple times. Joseph consistently exceeds annual revenue targets and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles.
Joseph Pinzon, MBA received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Saint Leo University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same institution.
Before pursuing higher education, Joseph attended Saint Patrick High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies in 1990.
In addition to their academic achievements, Joseph has also acquired additional certifications. Joseph obtained the Cloud Pak for Business Automation Sales Foundation V2 certification from IBM in September 2022.
