Ben Webber

Ben Webber, Ph.D., is an accomplished Senior Scientist at PDI, where responsibilities include managing analytical method development and validation for EPA- and FDA-regulated sanitizing and disinfecting products. Prior to this role, Ben served in various capacities at SGS, optimizing laboratory procedures and leading teams in analytical testing for pharmaceutical clients. Additional experience includes contract editing for AJE and research roles at Portland State University, where Ben synthesized contrast agents for MRI applications and taught chemistry. Earlier positions include work as a Scientist I at Wolfe Laboratories and as an Associate Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, alongside other research and teaching positions. Ben holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rochester.
