Joseph Siefers

Joseph Siefers is the current Vice President of Engineering at Wardrobe, a position they have held for 1 year and 1 month. Prior to this, Joseph was the Director of Software Applications at StrongArm Tech for 10 months. Joseph has also served as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for Joinery Housing and SumZero, Inc. In these positions, they were responsible for building the product vision with best-in-class tech and forming engineering teams from scratch by recruiting and retaining both offshore and in-house talent.

Joseph began their career as a software engineer at Goldman Sachs, where they internalized best practices at enterprise scale involving code reuse, service-oriented architecture, automated testing, continuous integration, and project management. Joseph then went on to Lehigh University as a software security researcher for 2 years before returning to Goldman Sachs as a summer technology analyst for 4 months. Joseph has been with Wardrobe since 2019.

Joseph Siefers has a Masters of Science from Lehigh University in the field of Computer Science. Joseph developed a framework for improving the security of native code in Java while at Lehigh. Joseph also has a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University in Computer Engineering and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
