D. Scott Vaughn

D. Scott Vaughn has extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) roles. D. Scott is currently the Global Vice President at Weatherford, where they focus on strategic leadership and fostering a proactive safety culture. Prior to that, Vaughn held positions at iSAW International as an Ambassador, promoting women's empowerment, and at The Vaughn-Russo Group, LLC as a Co-Founder, dedicated to affordable housing solutions. D. Scott also served as the SVP/CSO at Ceres Terminals Incorporated and Vice President at Exterran, where they managed HSSE practices and ensured a culture of safety. Vaughn's previous roles include Vice President at Paragon Offshore and Diamond Offshore, where they had responsibilities in overseeing global HSSE activities and managing claims.
