Alan Stewart

Alan Stewart has a diverse work experience with a focus on real estate and sustainability. Alan worked at Weathermatic as a Senior Account Executive in Sustainability Services, where they led customers in achieving significant irrigation water savings using smart irrigation control technology. Prior to that, they served as the Director at Intelligent Cabling Solutions, LLC. Stewart also had a long association with Lakeside DFW, Inc., where they held roles as a Director and President, overseeing the development of a mixed-use real estate project on a 150-acre property. Additionally, they worked as a Principal at Odyssey Investments, specializing in real estate investments and consulting, and as the President of Penteco, Inc., where they focused on real estate investment and development projects.

Alan Stewart completed their education at various institutions. Alan obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1975 to 1977. Prior to that, from 1970 to 1974, they completed their BA in Economics & Sociology at Stanford University. Earlier in their education, Alan attended St. Mark's School of Texas, although specific dates and degrees attained were not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Alan has also obtained two certifications. In February 2009, they became a LEED Accredited Professional from the Green Building Certification Institute. Later, in September 2010, they obtained a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
