Ju Young Shin

Ju Young Shin has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. They started their career as an Independent Study Instructor at Wake Forest University in 2008. They then worked as an Audit Intern at Deloitte in 2010, followed by a role as a Receptionist/Sales Associate at Hair Body & Soul Beauty. In 2011, they joined Deloitte again as a Senior Auditor until 2015. They then transitioned to Millennium Management as a Finance Analyst and later became a Finance Manager. From 2018, they worked at Randstad Japan as a Business Control Manager, Head of Financial Management, and Head of Business Control. Currently, since 2023, they are the Finance Director for Japan and Korea at Weave Living.

Ju Young Shin has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University School of Business. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University. In addition, Ju Young Shin pursued Chinese Studies at Peking University as part of a study abroad program. They have obtained certifications from various institutions, including a Teacher of English to Speaker of Other Languages Certificate and a Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages Advanced TESOL Diploma Program from UNI-Prep Corporation. They also hold a High Performing Business Partner certification from TIAS School for Business and Society and a Transformation Program certification from GLOBIS University - Graduate School of Management.
