Flora Vidal Marron

Flora Vidal Marron is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in promoting social inclusion and migration-related initiatives. Currently serving as Présidente, Fondatrice, and Directrice Générale at Weavers France since March 2019, Flora is committed to creating a just and effective integration system for exiled individuals. In January 2023, Flora co-founded the campaign "Pour un débat apaisé," aiming to shift the narrative on migration and advocate for a government-led citizen convention on migration. Previous roles include Responsable Lyon at Ronalpia and Project Manager at Live for Good, alongside co-directing the documentary "Cuba, une révolution silencieuse." Flora holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development, along with various educational pursuits in leadership, yoga history, and international relations.
