Lance Deffenbaugh

Lance Deffenbaugh has held a variety of roles in the fields of Information Technology and Systems Engineering. In 2003, they became the CEO of Web Business Solutions, Inc., a training company serving Department of Defense clients. From 1997 to 2001, they were the Senior Vice President of the DoD Division at AnviCom, a small 8a company providing IT solutions to the Federal government. Prior to that, they were a Lead Information Systems Engineer at MITRE, a federally funded research not for profit organization, from 2001 to 2003. From 1983 to 1997, they served in the United States Marine Corps, eventually achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and working as the Network Architecture/Chief Email Branch.

Lance Deffenbaugh obtained a Master of Science in Communications and Information Science from Ball State University - Miller College of Business in 1991. Lance also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the same university in 1983.
