Julia Larsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julia began their career as an Executive Assistant and Receptionist at Lenner & Partners Corporate Finance in 2011. Julia then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Clarion Collection Hotel Carlscrona in 2012 and at Park Inn by Radisson in 2014.
In 2016, Julia joined Normative.io for a Master's Degree project focused on optimizing donations to charities through a study on health interventions' cost-effectiveness.
Later in 2016, Julia joined Web Manuals, where they held various roles. Julia started as an Executive Assistant and Customer Delivery Coordinator before transitioning to the role of Customer Success Executive in 2017. In this role, they managed up to 45 customer accounts, focusing on project management, contract renewals, cross-selling, and business process improvement. Julia also served as a regional team leader.
In 2019, Julia became a Customer Success Manager at Web Manuals, responsible for retaining existing customers, driving value-added initiatives, and establishing profitable long-term partnerships. Julia managed a team of Customer Success Associates and a Content Associate.
Julia's next role at Web Manuals was as a Customer Experience Manager in 2021, where they managed a team of Customer Success Reps and Customer Support Reps. Julia also acted as the global report and process owner for customer support, training, account management, and customer success.
Currently, Julia is the Director of Operations EMEA at Web Manuals, a position they began in April 2022. In this role, they lead the daily operations in the EMEA region and is responsible for a significant portion of the company's global customer base and revenue. Julia also oversees the Commercial and Customer Experience department in Web Manuals Sweden, managing a team of 25 employees.
Outside of their work at Web Manuals, Julia also served as a Member of the Board and Deputy Chairman at Web Manuals Foundation from 2017 to 2021, where they were involved in its establishment and represented the organization on a field trip to Ghana, Africa.
Julia Larsson has a diverse education history. Julia began their education at Viktor Rydberg Samskola Djursholm, where they attended junior high school from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they attended Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium Djursholm and completed their high school education in the field of Social Science and Economics from 2007 to 2010.
In 2011, Julia took an intense French language course at the International Language Institute Aix en Provence. The following year, in 2012, they attended the Boston University's Center for English Language and Orientation Programs (CELOP).
Continuing their academic journey, Julia enrolled at Lund University School of Economics and Management in 2012, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Business and Economics with a major in Economics. Julia successfully completed their degree in 2016.
In 2014, Julia attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business in 2015. During the same year, they also completed a distance course on cross-cultural management at Mälardalen University.
Moving ahead, in 2018, Julia attended The Knowledge Academy to enhance their skills in Negotiation & Influencing. The following year, in 2019, they participated in leadership programs at Framfot and Kris&Hjärta.
In 2019, Julia pursued the Leading Impact program, a former Executive MBA, at EFL - Executive Education. Julia completed this program in 2021.
In addition to their educational achievements, Julia has obtained certifications in Documentation Management from Time to learn in December 2020. Furthermore, they acquired a Driver's License from Transportstyrelsen in May 2009.
