Clark Watson

Clark Watson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at WebBank, where they provided HR leadership and support to the organization. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at SelectHealth, where they offered strategic direction in various areas such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. Clark also held the position of Clinical Services Operations Manager at SelectHealth, where they ensured performance targets and goals were met. Earlier in their career, Clark worked at Cardon Outreach as a Project Manager, Corporate Trainer, Quality Assurance Manager/Project Development, and Appeals Administrator, where they were responsible for maintaining client relations, managing internal reporting, developing training manuals, and streamlining internal processes. Clark also served as an HR Manager at Parandco Inc. and SBP Enterprises, where they processed payroll, managed employee benefits, and provided support in compensation, benefits, recruitment, and organizational development.

Clark Watson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Clark then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in October 2023, and completed courses on Unconscious Bias and The Future of Workplace Learning from LinkedIn in 2021.
