Alan Matula

Alan Matula was named Chief Executive Officer of Weber in July 2022. Mr. Matula has served as Chief Information Officer of Weber since 2015, leading the Company’s information technology function. In March 2022, Mr. Matula was appointed Chief Technology Officer of Weber, combining his prior CIO responsibilities with the leadership of the Company’s R&D organization, where technology is a significant differentiation play. Prior to Weber, Mr. Matula worked for the Royal Dutch Shell organization for over 35 years. During that time, he served in various capacities across all the major business segments, corporate functions, and technology organizations for the parent company and subsidiaries. He has a proven track record of global leadership across markets, geographies, and cultures. Mr. Matula received a Bachelor of Business degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University in 1982 and an MBA at Houston Baptist University.
