Lucia Quy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal project management and operations. Currently serving as the Delivery Lead for the Fusion team at Webber Wentzel, Lucia oversees daily operations and drives efficiencies through legal technology implementation. Previous roles include Delivery Manager at SYKE, where Lucia managed strategic DocuSign projects, and Manager of Disputes at Herbert Smith Freehills, focusing on large-scale litigation exercises. Additionally, Lucia has a strong foundation in business development and client management developed during tenure at Cognia Law.
