Jonathan Ching D.arch

Jonathan Ching D.Arch has extensive experience in architectural design and project management, currently serving as Assistant Design Manager/Integrator at Webcor since March 2020, where responsibilities include design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project management across various sectors such as aviation and healthcare. Previously, Jonathan held key roles including Commissioner for the Kahoolawe Island Reserve Commission, overseeing the management of a significant island area, and Land and Property Manager for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, where the development and management of approximately 26,000 acres of diverse properties were accomplished. Additional experience includes consulting for the Pacific Island Climate Change Cooperative and multiple academic roles at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where Jonathan contributed to landscape design education and advanced architectural project management. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by practical experience as an intern at Gensler and designer at L.A. Anuenue Developers.
