Sal Ferrarello

Sal is a Principal Engineer at WebDevStudios and has been solving problems using WordPress for the past nine years. He is an active member of the open-source community with contributions to many projects including WordPress core, the Genesis theme framework, WP-CLI, CMB2, and the Action Scheduler plugin.

Prior to web development, Sal worked as a high school math teacher, a radio DJ, beach photographer, and even a magician/juggler. In addition to his love of writing code, Sal enjoys presenting on technical subjects and has spoken at over a dozen WordPress and PHP focused conferences.

When not crafting solutions with WordPress, Sal enjoys playing the piano, running, and spending time with his family.
