Mabel Silvestre González has a diverse work experience in the marketing and consulting sectors. In 2011, they began their career as a Consultant at Impulsa Business Accelerator. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Sigma Alimentos as a Category Management Senior and then a Category Management Analyst. In 2018, they were a Customer Experience Consultant for Media Markt Iberia and a Lead Growth Marketing CPG's at Rappi. In 2019, they were a Shopper & Customer Marketing Manager at Beiersdorf and a Growth Marketing Manager at Rappi. Currently, they are a Growth Marketing Manager LATAM at Webdox Legal, where they are responsible for the growth marketing strategy and execution across LATAM, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Brasil. Mabel also leads the Inbound marketing strategies for SEM, SEO, and email marketing, and has built a growth marketing team responsible for the acquisition, engagement, and expansion of clients.

In 2015, they obtained a Gestión Profesional de Category Management certification from Certified Coursework Category Management Associoation. In 2017, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from EADA Business School. In 2018, they completed a Customer Experience & Multichannel Management program at CUHK Business School.
